Did you notice that almost all weight loss diets begin or build up from crash diets and almost disappear overnight? Take a good look around; most popular weight loss diets are made for a mass amount of people and not the individual. So do you think you will have weight loss if you are not like the other person that lost several pounds just by the snap of their finger?
Crash diets are not long term weight loss diets; meaning that you should never use any diet that is harmful to you. These crash diets are meant to be used for 3-5 days maximum and not used as a long term quick weight loss diets. Crash diets will help you lose weight, but will you keep the weight off for the long term? No, you will not you might actually gain more weight than before. I do not recommend any weight loss diets that will harm anyone ever.
What happened to the no or low carbohydrate diet? Was this diet a good idea? Probably not, because we use carbohydrates as fuel to power our bodies and mind. At least 5 out of 10 people have tried this weight loss diet and failed miserably at it. Would if of been easier just to cut the fat and junk food out of our diets; instead of cutting out the most important source of fuel for our bodies.
